On cleansed skin, generously mist with hydrosol toning mist.  Once skin is damp with hydrosol, massage a small amount onto face and decolleté.  Top with a drop of facial oil and more hydrosol toning mist. *Sensitive skin types should add a pump to your facial oil and apply over hydrosol to start.
